1. Services Offered
   Vearitea Spa provides various wellness services for therapeutic purposes, including facials, body treatments, and more.

2. Appointment Policy
   Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time.
   We'll make every effort to accommodate, but appointments arriving more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled, subject to a cancellation fee (see Cancellation Policy).

3. Cancellation / No Show Policy
   To respect our providers' time and appointment availability, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds on services rendered or products purchased.

• Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.

• 30-Day Refund Policy: Customers will be explicitly informed about our 30-day refund policy for eligible purchases.
  This policy ensures that items can be returned for a refund if they meet our return conditions.
  Only purchases made using Affirm as the payment method are eligible for the 30-day refund policy.

1. Children Policy
   For a serene environment and the safety of all clients, please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.
   We kindly request no children accompany you during your visit.

2. Pet Policy
   For the comfort and safety of all clients, please refrain from bringing pets to Vearitea Spa.
   Service animals are permitted as per regulations.
